Effective March 1, 2011 the wages and benefits agreed to in our Springfield Area Commercial Cement Masons’ Agreement for Journeypersons are $21.76 per hour plus $8.69 per hour in fringe benefit payments.

The increase of $ 1.15 was appropriated as $.75 on the Health & Welfare Fund, $.05 on the Pension Fund, and $.35 to Wages.  

THE TOTAL PACKAGE FOR A JOURNEYPERSON IS $30.45.

* The wage of $21.76 is to be taxed then both the Vacation Fund of $2.00 per hour and the Supplemental Dues $1.43 per hour are to be taken out in whole and sent in with the fringe benefits.
