Effective March 1, 2011 the wages and benefits agreed to in our Springfield Area Plasterers’ Agreement for Journeypersons is $22.00 per hour plus $8.89 per hour in fringe benefit payments.
WAGES *$22.00 PER HOUR HEALTH & WELFARE $5.79 PER HOUR PENSION $2.70 PER HOUR TRAINING $.20 PERHOUR BICMAF $.15 PER HOUR CISAP $.05 PER HOUR *VACATION FUND $2.00 PER HOUR
The increase of $1.15 was appropriated as $.75 on the Health & Welfare Fund, $.05 on the Pension Fund, and $.35 on Wages.
THE TOTAL PACKAGE FOR A JOURNEYPERSON IS $30.89.
*The $22.00 wage is taxed then both the Vacation Fund of $2.00 per hour and the Supplemental Dues of $1.45 per hour are to be taken out in whole and sent in with the fringe benefits.
