Effective April 1, 2012, the wages and benefits agreed to in our Kansas City Area Commercial Cement Masons’ Agreement for Journeypersons are $31.08 per hour plus $16.48 per hour in fringe benefit payments.

FOREMAN: 2 or 3 Men: $ 1.50 per hour above base wage FOREMAN: 4 OR MORE MEN: $ 2.00 per hour above base wage GENERAL FOREMAN: Contractors Discretion
The increase of $ 1.50 was appropriated as $.25 on Health & Welfare, $.45 on Pension, and $.80 on Wages. The Advancement Fund was also increased $.01.
THE TOTAL PACKAGE FOR A JOURNEYPERSON IS $47.56.
*The $ 31.08 wage is taxed and the $2.00 Vacation Fund and dues of $ 1.86 are deducted in whole and sent in with the fringe benefits.
